Notice is hereby given that the Edgeworth Zoning Hearing Board (“Board”) will conduct a public hearing on Monday November 15th, 2021, beginning at 5:30 p.m. in the Edgeworth Borough Building, 301 Beaver Road, Edgeworth, PA 15143 concerning the following matters:
The Board will consider a request by Mr. and Mrs. Nicholas Findley for the property located at 200 Quaker Road for a variance from Article V, Section 130-23 C (1) of the Code concerning the front yard setback of a garage addition on the Ohio River Blvd. side of the residence.
The Board will consider a request by Ms. Denise Dufour for the property located at 406 Edgeworth Lane for a variance from Article VI, Section 130-33 E of the Code concerning the installation of a generator and generator pad in a front yard.
