Notice is hereby given that the Edgeworth Zoning Hearing Board (“Board”) will conduct a public hearing on May 13th, 2021, beginning at 5:30 p.m. via Zoom Meetings – https://zoom.us/j/92193272153 concerning the following matters:
The Board will consider a request by Mr. Jeremy Musher for the property located at 434 Woodland Rd for a Special Exception pursuant to Section 130-27 E (4)(e) of the Code of the Borough of Edgeworth (the Code) for the construction of a deck in the Conservation Overlay (CO) Zoning District.
The Board will hear a continuance of a request by Mr. Westley Brooks for the property located at 17 Way Hollow Rd for a Special Exception pursuant to Section 130-27 E (4)(e) of the Code for the construction of a principal structure in the Conservation Overlay (CO) Zoning District.
The Board will consider a request by Mr. Thomas Arbogast for the property located at 316 Woodland Rd for a variance from Article V, Section 130-23 C (2) of the Code concerning the minimum side yard setback in the R-3 residential zoning district for the purpose of constructing an addition, as well as a variance from Article V, section 130-23 C (3) concerning the required minimum aggregate side yard setback. The applicant is also seeking a variance from Article V, Section 130-23 C (2) of the Code for construction of a patio in the R-3 zoning district.
