Notice is hereby given that the Edgeworth Zoning Hearing Board (“Board”) will conduct a public hearing on Wednesday December 16th 2020, beginning at 5:30 p.m. via Zoom Meetings – https://zoom.us/j/92556187468 concerning the following matters:
The Board will consider a request by Mr. Devin Fisher for the property located at 1 Riverview Rd for a Special Exception pursuant to Section 130-27 E (4)(e) of the Code for the construction of covered decks in the Conservation Overlay (CO) Zoning District. The applicant is also requesting a variance from Article V, Section 130-23 C(2) of the Code of the Borough of Edgeworth concerning the side yard setback of a covered deck.
The Board will consider a request by Mr. and Mrs. Richard Potosnak for the property located at 705 Chestnut Road for a variance from Article V, Section 130-23 C(1) of the Code concerning the front yard setback of a single family dwelling.
The Board will consider a request by Mr. and Mrs. Christopher Wentz for the property located at 213 Creek Drive for a variance from Article V, Section 130-28 G(1)(b) of the Code concerning human occupancy in accessory structures, including a pool, pool house and patio. The applicants are also requesting a variance from Article VI, Section 130-33 E, concerning accessory structures in the front yard.
The Board will consider a request by Mr. Jeffrey Butler for the property located at 324 Shields Lane for variances from the following subsections of Article V, Section 130-28 of the Code related to solar panels on a principal structure: G (b)(1), G 7(d)(1)(b), G 7(g)(4)(a)(ii), G 7(g)(4)(b), G 7(g)(4)(d), G 7(g)(4)(i), and G 7(g)(4)(k)(ii).
