Notice is hereby given that the Edgeworth Zoning Hearing Board (“Board”) will conduct a public hearing on May 11, 2026 beginning at 5:00 p.m. in the Edgeworth Borough Building, 301 Beaver Road, Edgeworth, PA 15143 concerning the following matters:
The Board will consider a variance request by Rubicon Property Group for the property located at 313 Beaver Road for the construction of a single-family dwelling, pursuant to Article V, Section 130-30 A (1)(a) concerning construction of a single-family dwelling on a lot less than 7,500 square feet, and pursuant to Article V, Section 130-23 C (4) concerning the required rear-yard setback in the R-3 Zoning District. This is a continuance of the January 29, 2026 and April 16, 2026 hearings regarding the same matter.
